About this study guide

For many learners the alphabet is the first hurdle, so this guide spends time on it carefully. Each letter is shown with its name, sound and examples, and common letter pairs are explained so that reading Greek words aloud soon feels manageable. Stress marks are introduced early because they change both pronunciation and meaning.

With reading in place, the material turns to practical language: greetings, polite requests, numbers, colours, food and travel vocabulary. Grammar notes cover definite articles, noun gender, present tense verbs and the basics of forming questions and negative sentences, always with example sentences alongside.

These learning materials are organised in four levels, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert, giving you a steady path from recognising letters to reading short passages of modern Greek.
Each level is unlocked separately
