Credits are the currency used on this website. The rate is 1 credit = US$1 = ¥160 = HK$8, and the multiplier that applies to larger single purchases is shown on the Buy Credits page. Credits:

- Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money outside the website
- Cannot be transferred to another account

6. Access to E-Learning Materials
Once payment is confirmed, the download link and access details for the level you unlocked are sent to the email address you gave at checkout, and the material is also available through your account. Delivery normally takes place within 24 hours, though a delay can occasionally extend this to 72 hours.
