Many beginners feel put off by Polish consonant clusters such as sz, cz and rz, so this material begins by showing how spelling and sound connect. Once the letters feel familiar, you will learn greetings, numbers, family words, food and phrases for asking directions or introducing yourself.

    A good match for learners who can read Polish and handle the basics but feel held back by the case system. Choose this level if you want to use cases in real sentences and talk about everyday life with more flexibility.

  • What you will be able to apply

    You will be able to talk about past events, say what you have or do not have, describe your job and nationality with the instrumental, and choose the right verb of motion for walking or travelling by vehicle.

    Intended for learners with solid Polish who want to master the parts of grammar that still feel uncertain. This stage suits anyone ready to work with the full case system and the aspect pairs that shape the meaning of Polish verbs.

    By the end of this stage you should feel ready to use all seven Polish cases in context, choose the verb aspect that matches your meaning, handle numbers with correct noun forms and address people formally and politely.

    Subtle aspect distinctions in narrative and reported speech, the conditional mood, participles and impersonal forms ending in -no and -to, prefixed verbs of motion, diminutives, idioms and the differences between conversational and formal written Polish, with complex example texts analysed.

    Written for experienced learners who want refined command of Polish. If you already speak and read confidently and now want to tackle subtle aspect choices, stylistic register and idiomatic expression, this level brings the most demanding elements together.

  • What you will be able to apply

    You will be able to narrate events with precise control of aspect, write formally using impersonal and participle constructions, understand idiomatic speech in everyday Polish, and move between registers with confidence and natural phrasing.
